Sigil — Draw, Explore, Discover
Sigil Sketch
Sigil is an experimental drawing tool for creative exploration.
Inspired by tools like Alchemy and Webchemy, Sigil encourages playful experimentation and the discovery of unexpected forms. Instead of focusing on traditional illustration workflows, Sigil provides unconventional drawing tools that make sketching feel exploratory and open-ended.
Sigil brings this approach into a modern environment, with a clean interface, responsive interactions, and a lightweight workflow designed for fast, fluid experimentation.
It is a space for drawing freely, trying ideas quickly, and discovering visuals you did not plan.

Features
Radial Quick Menu
Sigil uses a spacebar-activated radial menu to keep drawing fast and uninterrupted. Holding the spacebar reveals a circular control where you can quickly adjust brush parameters like radius and flow, or switch between drawing and erasing.
This keeps essential tools close at hand without forcing you to leave the canvas or navigate complex panels.

A Clean, Modern Interface
The interface is designed to be simple, minimal, and familiar to modern creative tools. The top toolbar provides quick access to colors, brush settings, drawing modes, symmetry controls, and actions while keeping the overall layout uncluttered.
The goal is to keep the canvas as the main focus while still making controls easy to reach.

Responsive Interactions
Sigil is built to feel fast and fluid. Adjustments happen instantly and controls respond smoothly, allowing you to experiment freely without friction. The interface stays out of the way so sketching can remain spontaneous and uninterrupted.
Distraction Free Mode
Sigil includes a distraction-free mode designed to keep your focus entirely on the canvas. The interface fades into the background, leaving only the essential tools available when you need them. Combined with the radial menu, this allows for uninterrupted sketching and a more immersive drawing experience.

Shape Manager
The shape manager is designed for Sigil’s pull-shape brushes to store custom shapes that can be pulled directly onto the canvas while drawing.
This makes it easy to build a personal library of forms and reuse them fluidly as part of your sketching process, supporting fast iteration and more expressive workflows.

Built for Exploration
Inspired by experimental drawing tools like Alchemy and Webchemy, Sigil encourages playful exploration rather than rigid workflows. It is designed as a space to sketch ideas quickly, try new forms, and discover visuals that emerge naturally through the drawing process.
Contribute
Sigil is an independent project built with a focus on experimentation and creative tools.
If you find it useful or enjoyable, consider supporting its development. Contributions help fund new features like sound inputs and native app, improvements, and continued updates and also support more similar tools.
Every bit of support makes a difference.
